As part of our commitment to providing quality products, exceptional customer service, and secure banking, we are excited to share with you that during 2017, we will make several enhancements to our banking services.
These enhancements include a newly designed website (effective 1/9/17)*, followed by a system upgrade which will occur in early February 2017. There are additional enhanced services to look forward to in 2017 including the secure chip being added to our debit cards, increased fraud monitoring services, expanded customer service support, and person-to-person automatic payments, just to name a few.
Following our newly designed website, the next of our enhancements is the system upgrade which will occur beginning the weekend of February 3, 2017 and ending February 6, 2017.
So that our customers are informed of this event, letters were mailed on January 3, 2017.
We encourage our customers to read the letter thoroughly so that you can be informed of the system upgrade, as some of the services that you currently use may be impacted. And, we want to help ensure your transition to our new system is as smooth as possible.
